Our set menu invites you to explore traditional Nordic flavours and techniques, presented in a contemporary style.
Our menu
We work within the seasons. This means that the Kontrast menu is constantly changing, and is influenced by the produce that our farmers and producers have to offer at any given time.
Dietary Restrictions
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate all dietary restrictions. If your requirements require extensive changes to the menu, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Private Dining
We have two private rooms for groups of guests:
Guests in our private rooms can choose between two different menu sizes – our full Konrast menu, or a slightly smaller Chambre menu. We ask that all guests in the group choose the same menu. Contact us directly for groups over 16 guests.
